for the Class of 1962
Drexel alumni will come together to celebrate the Class of 1962 as they are inducted into the Golden Dragon Society and commemorate their 50th reunion year. Whether you graduated from Drexel Institute, Woman's Medical College or Hahnemann, please join us for this special celebration!
All members of the Golden Dragon Society are also invited to join the Class of 1962 for the annual Golden Dragon Society luncheon that afternoon, followed by a tour of Drexel's ever-evolving campus. If your 50th reunion has passed and you were unable to attend, please let us know when you register. Events include:

Campus Bus Tour

Following lunch, hop aboard a Drexel shuttle bus for a guided tour of the University City campus. Check out all of the changes that have taken place since your last visit to the campus.

20th Anniversary University City 5K Run
For the past 20 years, the University City 5K Run has been dedicated to the memory of Nick Pipino, a Drexel student who was killed in 1992 while working to finance his education. Proceeds directly support the memorial scholarship established in his name for Drexel students in need. Run, walk or line the route and cheer on the participants!
Spectators: There is no need to register, just join us along the route!

Sports Fans Reunion Luncheon
Join the Sports Fans of the '50s, along with former and current Drexel athletes and supporters, for their biennial reunion luncheon where the John and Mary Semanik Awards will be presented to the male and female student athletes of the year. Guests will also be treated to a presentation by the University’s Archivist, Rob Sieczkiewicz, on the history of athletics at Drexel.
Alumni Family Picnic
Pack up the children and grandchildren for a fun afternoon of food, games and prizes! The Alumni Family Picnic is an annual tradition featuring a variety of activities hosted by Drexel’s colleges, schools, departments and student organizations. This year, we’ll commemorate the Year of the Dragon with live music, barbecue lunch, ice cream novelties, crafts, fossils from Patagonia, and live animals from the Academy of Natural Sciences!
