High School Energy Balance Lessons

Feel free to use the lesson plans listed below in your own classroom to encourage your students to build healthier habits. “Understanding Energy Balance” will teach  students about the importance of balancing energy in and energy out to help maintain a healthy body weight.  Students will get the chance to plan a daily menu that will meet their own energy needs.
